Lifes trials....

We have had quite a week. On Wednesday my cousin Ryker accidentally shot himself in the chest with his .22 while hunting & lived through it. It was a definate boys will be boys moment. ( I don't recomend spinning a loaded gun around your finger ). The bullet ended up being 2 cm from the heart . He got very very lucky. He is stable & is in the ICU. He still has 2 chest tubes and is in alot of pain. We are praying that things will work out & he will make it through this. While my Aunt & Uncle have been at the hospital my grandma & I have been watching my 3 other cousins. Two of which are the same ages as Kale & Logan, so its like having 2 sets of twins.Its been crazy but fun to be able to spend so much time with them. We decided that today we needed to get out of the house for a while so we went up City Creek for a hike & to let the kids run and play. It was a nice break.
