For Memorial Day we went with my family to Mctucker ponds , for a day of fishing and ATV riding. We almost got rained out but we decided to take our chances. We got lucky.... It was nice enough outside that I almost felt bad that Quinton had to go to Honor Guard instead of getting to go play....almost! Kale and Logan gave up on fishing after only a few casts but there was plenty of things to do and places to explore.

We went out to Pingree today for my cousins birthday party , and

on the way home we saw a couple of rainbows. Kale wanted us

to go find the end of the rainbow so he could get the gold. I just love how

their imaginations work. It keeps life fun and exciting!

We started the Holiday weekend by driving all over southeast Idaho ,
to put flowers on family members graves. My Grandma grew up doing
this every year and still continues to do so. This is the 2nd year I've taken
the boys and gone with her. They enjoyed the trip but I think they just liked
to spend time with grandma!



This one was My grandma & grandpa Egberts. The boys
had been looking for one that they knew so when we got to
this one it was special to them since they have some great memories
of grandma & grandpa.










It was a great start to the weekend and we are looking
forward to alot more fun come Monday!

Yesterday Kale & Logan had their cousins come play. They were excited to see them. They don't get to see them as much as they would like , so it was great having them over. Logan was torn between playing with the boys and playing with McCall. He bounced back & forth all night. When he was playing with the boys McCall would come tell me " Logan isn't playing with me, He's being a boy!" Considering that logan doesn't really care for playing " girl stuff" he did really well going with the flow.

Logan finally got a turn playing the wii. Kale & Connor were very protective of their playing time. I had to force them to share. They weren't to happy about it but they got it back when Logan decided he'd had enough.

In April Quinton and his Explosive Breachers were in charge of training for the SWAT Team. He says, "Explosives are fun!!!"
